Dear Her Excellency,
RE : Request to investigate the military, police and security chain of commands of the Democratic Republic of Congo on their plan of extermination of the populations.
I Refer to the above and would like to bring into your highly responsibility and attention an undercover plan of extermination of the Congolese populations by the State military, police and security, Her Excellency, being the Natural born Citizen of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DR Congo), it extremely painful and unbelievable to notice the cemetery silence of the International Community in regard of the frequent and constant massacres of the Congolese populations.
The DR Congo is a country of this Planet Earth, situated in the middle of the Continent of Africa, lived by Human Beings, having red blood as any other Human Beings of this Planet as proven by the images and internet links below, therefore we deserve the RIGHT of living as well as the benefits of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on 10 December 1948.
The undercover plan of extermination of the Congolese populations reaches its extreme worse due to facts of its high frequencies and constants of mass killings since January 2015; security and military elements proceed regularly in their missions on mass killings of any human living on their passage (regardless the status, gender and/or the age as can be seen in the images and internet links below), and this is happening in each comers of the DR Congo; starting from the East and the North with the regular mass slaughtering of the local populations, trough the Center, South and West with the extra-judiciary killings of the unarmed militias and civilian populations by the use of excessive force, to Kinshasa the Capital with the mass repressive killings during and after people exercising their constitutional rights of manifestations. Her Excellency, evidences of this masses killings shall be compile on hundred’s pages which can be provided to yourselves once requested, however, the followings images and videos links shall be considered for the preliminary investigations:
Based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and evidences of the mass killings as outlined above, would like to request your highly responsibility to institute an investigation on the chain of commands of the military, police and security of the DR Congo in this regard staring from the Chief in Command to the executors, and hope to reserve an urgent consideration to this request.
